Nestled in a quiet wooded subdivision in southern Rockdale County, the Meadowbrook clubhouse is an ideal site for your special event. Overlooking the pool and lake, this scenically-set facility is available for parties and special events of up to 200 people.
Evening Rental:
Rental is from 8 a.m. the day of the rental until 8 a.m. the next day.
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - $400
Friday - $500
Saturday - $750
Weekend Rental:
(Friday 8 a.m. – Sunday 8 a.m.)
A combined package is available for those wishing to have rehearsal dinner Friday evening with the wedding on Saturday - $1100
Day Rental for Luncheon or Business Meeting:
Rental is from 8 a.m. that morning to 6 p.m. that evening.

$300 per rental
(Entire deposit is returned unless there is damage to the facility - pool tennis courts, or clubhouse.)

Rental Agreement:
We ask all renters to sign a rental agreement. The rules of the agreement are as follows:
- Place all trash and used decorations in the five trash cans located on the side of the building with a twist tie to keep them closed.
- Do not overload trash bags.
- No liquids or leftover food are allowed in trash bags.
- All champagne and wine bottles should be returned to their empty case and disposed of properly.
- Turn off all lights and turn off the thermostat.
- Lock all doors when leaving and deposit key where instructed.
- All decorations, equipment and rental equipment must be removed by 8 a.m. the next day.
- Any damage caused by the renter, their guests or caterer will result in loss of deposit.
- Caterer must dispose of their trash
- No selling alcoholic beverages without proper license. Meadowbrook must have a copy with rental payment
- Music must be off by 11:30 p.m.
- Party will conclude by midnight.
- Pool and tennis court area are off-limits.
- Vacuum and mop are provided. If area is not as it was found there will be a $50 fee assessed.
